Content Creation Intern

Responsibilities

• Produce end-to-end content including shooting, editing, writing, and posting.
• Manage social media channels across Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn using Buffer.
• Shoot and edit Reels, shorts, and behind-the-scenes clips on the factory floor.
• Assist in the production of the Nox podcast through recording, editing, and clip distribution.
• Help write and distribute the company newsletter to customers and the manufacturing community.
• Capture brand photography and video of the team, the floor, and customers.
• Support design efforts for decks, one-pagers, social graphics, and print materials.
• Track and log content performance to optimize future engagement.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of marketing, content, or production experience.
• Proficiency in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Hands-on experience with DSLR and iPhone videography.
• Strong social media management skills and understanding of viral content trends.
• Ability to write engaging content and assist with newsletter production.
• A proactive "builder" mindset with a focus on shipping high-quality work quickly.
• Ability to work on-site in Detroit.

Preferred Qualifications

• A portfolio of personally produced content (reels, video, writing, or podcasts).
• Experience producing content for tech, defense, or manufacturing brands.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Media Encoder, or Photoshop.
• Hands-on experience with podcast or audio editing.
• Experience using AI tools to streamline content workflows.
