Content Creation & Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop original, engaging content for email campaigns, marketing collateral, blogs, social media, and website
• Create concise short-copy and long-copy text along with related images and videos
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to produce multimedia content like infographics for prospects and investors
• Manage the organization’s brand across all communication channels including advertising and digital media
• Plan and implement strategies for organic and inorganic lead generation
• Develop and implement lead nurturing campaigns using email, WhatsApp, and social media
• Execute digital campaigns including SEO/SEM, database marketing, and display advertising
• Monitor analytics and generate monthly reports using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite
• Utilize platforms like LinkedIn and industry databases to gather and organize target audience data

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Content Creation and Digital Marketing Management
• Strong skills in advertisement-style content creation and lead generation
• Proficiency in video editing or short-form video content creation (Reels/YouTube Shorts)
• Proven track record of executing multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable results
• Strong project management abilities to handle multiple projects under tight constraints
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for senior-level reporting
• Basic knowledge of SEO and paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Working knowledge of marketing automation tools such as Mailchimp or HubSpot

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of technical aspects of ERP, Data Analytics Platforms, or Fintech
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
