Responsibilities

• Own the content calendar, planning and executing programs across blog, email, social, and field marketing assets
• Write and edit high-quality blog posts, customer stories, thought leadership, and sales enablement materials
• Develop customer stories by interviewing clients and turning narratives into case studies and testimonials
• Support field marketing by creating assets for events, partnerships, and direct sales conversations
• Collaborate with founders and subject matter experts to develop thought leadership
• Track content performance metrics to inform future planning and priorities

Requirements

• 3+ years of content marketing experience with a diverse portfolio
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt voice and tone
• Experience managing a content calendar and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to conduct interviews and distill complex information into clear narratives
• Working knowledge of content performance metrics and data-driven planning
• Highly organized with strong project management instincts
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience writing for B2B or SMB audiences, especially in financial services or insurance
• Background in SEO-informed content development
• Experience creating sales enablement or field marketing assets
• Familiarity with CMS, email platforms, and basic design tools
• Exposure to executive thought leadership programs
