Content & Communications Lead

Responsibilities

• Own content programs end-to-end including blogs, essays, threads, video scripts, and email sequences
• Tie content together in integrated campaigns for product launches and community building
• Build and maintain a centralized content calendar and publishing rhythm
• Translate technical depth into engaging, human-centric copy
• Act as the communications point for press, podcasts, and conferences
• Build relationships with creators and writers shaping the AI conversation
• Manage and activate co-founder personal channels through ghostwriting and content coordination

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in content, communications, or integrated campaigns
• Experience ghostwriting for founders or executives
• Ability to write tight, high-quality drafts including posts, threads, and headlines
• Familiarity with code and experience building with AI agents
• Must live and work in the San Francisco Bay Area
