About the role
Responsibilities
- Translate and localise marketing materials, including website content, adverts, emails, and sales brochures
- Ensure a consistent and professional tone of voice across all UK marketing channels
- Proofread and refine translations to ensure accuracy and cultural alignment
- Adapt global campaigns for the UK market in collaboration with product and marketing teams
- Optimise product communication based on local customer insights and market analysis
- Engage with the UK community across Meta Ads, Trustpilot, and Google platforms
- Contribute to UK product development by sharing insights gathered from merchants and internal teams
Requirements
- Native-level proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in translation, localisation, or content marketing
- Background in fintech, SaaS, or e-commerce industries
- Strong understanding of commercial communication and the ability to simplify complex messages
- Familiarity with translation tools and CMS platforms
