Content Brand Strategy Manager

Responsibilities

• Help define and evolve Potomac's brand voice, messaging framework, and narrative strategy
• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business objectives and growth initiatives
• Write and edit compelling content including thought leadership, advisor communications, marketing campaigns, and website content
• Translate complex investment concepts into clear, persuasive, and accessible messaging
• Monitor content performance and audience engagement metrics to refine strategy

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in content strategy, brand marketing, communications, or copywriting
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities
• Experience developing content strategies that support business growth
• Demonstrated ability to create content across multiple channels and formats
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation and performance measurement
• Experience collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, asset management, or wealth management
• Familiarity with advisor-focused marketing and distribution models
• Experience supporting executive thought leadership programs
• Understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, and digital marketing channels
