Content and Live Broadcast Support Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing KOC content strategies and managing large-scale distribution systems to iterate on content conversion models.
• Support brand live broadcast operations, including script planning, product selection suggestions, and process optimization.
• Monitor data performance for live streams and short videos (GMV, ROI, CTR) and assist in optimizing traffic material and post-campaign analysis.
• Manage administrative processes related to live streaming and content collaborations, including purchase orders (PO) and budget workflows.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled undergraduate student with a deep understanding of the Chinese e-commerce ecosystem (Douyin, Taobao, Xiaohongshu, etc.).
• Passion for live streaming with a strong understanding of broadcast pacing, scripts, and engagement tactics.
• High level of data sensitivity and logical thinking to identify optimization opportunities from performance metrics.
• Strong execution skills with the ability to handle multi-threaded tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work at least 4 days per week for a duration of 3-6 months.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in live stream control or field management.
• Strong copywriting skills and aesthetic sense.
• Proficiency in design and video editing tools such as PS and PR.
