Content and Creative Director

Responsibilities

• Lead content and creative services for MC&FP outreach, engagement, strategic communications, and digital enterprise initiatives
• Develop and execute creative strategies that align with brand, messaging, and audience needs
• Direct the production of visual, multimedia, interactive, digital, print, and social media content
• Lead and manage creative personnel including graphic designers, copywriters, and multimedia professionals
• Oversee creative concepts, campaign development, content calendars, and production workflows
• Collaborate with program leadership and government stakeholders to define deliverables and goals
• Review and approve creative products for quality, consistency, and brand compliance
• Manage creative project timelines, workload priorities, and budgets
• Use data and analytics to assess content effectiveness and inform future decisions
• Recruit, mentor, and develop creative staff

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media
• 10+ years of experience in creative services, content strategy, or marketing
• 5+ years of experience in management or senior creative leadership
• DoD Secret Security Clearance
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative strategy and cross-platform execution

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Experience supporting federal, defense, or military community communications environments
• Experience managing creative budgets and vendor coordination
