Content Adaptation Jnr Manager

Responsibilities

• Design global creative assets using Adobe Design Suite and transform them into technically sound, localisation-ready templates.
• Build editable templates that separate fixed brand elements from editable components to ensure brand consistency during market adaptation.
• Produce multiple formats, sizes, and aspect ratios for digital, social, and e-commerce channels.
• Ensure all templates are quality-checked and aligned with platform specifications and best-practice guidelines.
• Collaborate with Creative, Social, and Translation teams to ensure assets are suitable for global adaptation.
• Define naming conventions, version control standards, and metadata to ensure assets are easily locatable within asset management systems.
• Provide guidance to global markets on correct template usage and lead improvements to adaptation workflows.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience in content production, creative operations, localisation, or adaptation-focused roles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and experience with asset management systems.
• Hands-on experience creating adaptable design assets and templates.
• Solid working knowledge of multi-channel content requirements (digital, social, and e-commerce).
• Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail regarding technical specifications and version control.
• Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to communicate processes and standards clearly.
