Container Inspector

Responsibilities

• Inspect sea containers and reefers at various locations in the ports of Antwerp and Rotterdam
• Prepare clear and correct damage reports
• Evaluate cost estimates and repairs
• Travel regularly, occasionally to Germany or France
• Collaborate closely with various stakeholders within the sector

Requirements

• Experience in the tank and container sector (required)
• Knowledge as an estimator and/or experience with reefer containers (strong plus)
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail
• Assertive and professional communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Fluency in Dutch and English (speaking and writing)
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
