Container Hoist & Truck Driver

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery including container hoists up to 45,000kg and Class 5 trucks
• Move containers safely and efficiently around the yard and between the Hamilton depot and CT site
• Perform loading and unloading tasks and drive trucks to meet daily operational targets
• Communicate effectively with the team via radio (RT)
• Maintain a strict commitment to a zero-harm safety culture

Requirements

• Full Class 5 licence with a clean driving record
• Proven experience operating heavy vehicles, trucks, or machinery
• Ability to work flexibly across different sites
• Strong reliability, attendance, and punctuality
• Legal right to work in New Zealand
• Successful completion of a pre-employment medical and drug test
• Successful MOJ criminal history check
