About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute monthly accounting closures and ensure correct integration of financial information
- Review compliance with tax obligations in coordination with external auditors
- Supervise and validate accounting records
- Prepare informative declarations and perform bank reconciliations
- Coordinate periodic reviews with external auditors
- Administer and control provisions, assets, and financial statements
- Issue and register invoicing in a timely manner
- Maintain updated knowledge of current accounting and tax regulations
- Manage administrative activities related to accounts payable and document control
- Support SIROC and REPSE activities (training provided)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (graduate or intern)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the position
- Proficiency in CONTPAQi Contabilidad and Nominas
- Knowledge of SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, and IVA
- Experience with tax reconciliations
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
