- Assist with case tracking, documentation, and issue resolution
Requirements

- 2+ years of administrative or HR support experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard HR/administrative systems
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
