- Maintain accountability for the accuracy and integrity of work products
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- 2+ years of professional customer interaction experience
- Ability to pass a background check including fingerprinting
- Proficiency in computer skills and math
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Experience with MS Office and Mainframes
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
