Contact Center Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer support through inbound calls, emails, and live chats.
• Focus on first-contact resolution and effective problem-solving for account inquiries.
• Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships by promoting credit union products and services.
• Research and resolve complex issues using multiple software applications and interdependent tools.
• Follow all Contact Center policies and procedures while suggesting process improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all credit union products, services, and promotions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal, professional written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong active listening skills.
• Experience level requirements:
• Associate: Minimum 1 year of banking/credit union or inbound call center experience.
• Representative: Minimum 2 years of banking/credit union or inbound call center experience.
• Senior: Minimum 3 years of banking/credit union or inbound call center experience.
• Must be able to work onsite in Vacaville, CA, including required Saturday shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
