About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages professionally to provide accurate information regarding services, bookings, and pricing.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly while escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), First Call Resolution (FCR), and Average Handling Time (AHT).
- Accurately log all customer interactions, bookings, and complaints within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Adhere to established service standards, scripts, and company policies to maintain a premium customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the transportation, hospitality, or luxury service industries.
- Knowledge of professional call center tools and customer service best practices.
- High level of attention to detail and data accuracy.
