About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages professionally
- Provide accurate information regarding services, bookings, pricing, and policies
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet performance targets including CSAT, FCR, and AHT
- Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in transportation, hospitality, or service industries
- Knowledge of call center tools and customer service best practices
