About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages professionally
  • Provide accurate information regarding services, bookings, pricing, and policies
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively
  • Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in CRM systems
  • Meet performance targets including CSAT, FCR, and AHT
  • Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure service delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in transportation, hospitality, or service industries
  • Knowledge of call center tools and customer service best practices
