Contact Center Inbound Sales Agent

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting home security systems, products, and services suited to their lifestyle needs
• Identify customer needs and provide recommendations to help secure their home, family, and pets
• Follow SimpliSafe’s sales methodology to ensure respect, trust, and loyalty with future customers
• Perform customer follow-up activities including quotes and information requests
• Collect and input customer information accurately for proper identification
• Recommend special promotions and affiliated partner products and services

Requirements

• Proven success in an inbound or outbound phone-based sales environment
• Enhanced listening skills to identify the best customer solutions
• Comfort with technology and ability to provide technical assistance for consumer electronics
• Outstanding attendance and timeliness in a structured environment
• Strong work ethic and drive to contribute to company goals
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Strong prioritization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and openness to coaching and feedback
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
• Eligibility for Virginia DCJS electronic security employee certification
