About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls including sales and telemarketing
- Provide customer service, handle complaints, and manage inquiries across all channels
- Act as an information source and collect customer feedback to enhance satisfaction
- Support client merchants and service providers by handling inquiries and collecting leads
- Book, reschedule, and cancel experience bookings on behalf of customers and providers
- Manage customer transactions via WhatsApp, social media, email, and live chat
- Escalate complaints to concerned departments and follow up on solutions
- Perform outbound research, marketing, and sales calls
- Modify and manage merchant and DMC experience listings
- Maintain individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree
- Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in English and Arabic
- Good computer skills
- Ability to adhere to working schedules and company policies
