About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls including sales and telemarketing
  • Provide customer service, handle complaints, and manage inquiries across all channels
  • Act as an information source and collect customer feedback to enhance satisfaction
  • Support client merchants and service providers by handling inquiries and collecting leads
  • Book, reschedule, and cancel experience bookings on behalf of customers and providers
  • Manage customer transactions via WhatsApp, social media, email, and live chat
  • Escalate complaints to concerned departments and follow up on solutions
  • Perform outbound research, marketing, and sales calls
  • Modify and manage merchant and DMC experience listings
  • Maintain individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree
  • Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic
  • Good computer skills
  • Ability to adhere to working schedules and company policies
