Contact Center Agent

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries regarding automotive products, services, electromobility, and sales
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints through multichannel processing
• Identify customer needs and assist with specific product features
• Analyze and report product malfunctions to the relevant teams
• Update internal databases with technical issues and customer discussion details
• Inform customers about new features and functionalities
• Assist in training new employees as requested by management

Requirements

• High School diploma (mandatory)
• German native speaker or C1 level proficiency in written and spoken German (mandatory)
• Understanding of how CRM systems work
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Polite, empathic, and committed professional attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a telephone customer service or call center environment
• Fluency in English
• Familiarity with the automotive industry
• Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
