About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for the student attraction strategy by guiding prospective students and parents through the admission and enrollment process.
  • Handle inbound calls to clarify doubts and provide guidance, ensuring all interactions are recorded in the CRM system.
  • Conduct outbound calls to invite candidates to campus events, follow up on applications, and manage administrative procedures.
  • Manage email and chat communications via the CRM to facilitate the enrollment journey.
  • Perform data entry of physical and electronic records into the CRM to maintain an accurate database of prospects.
  • Support specific recruitment events, including in-person assistance and travel to various locations for information sessions, school visits, and university fairs.
  • Provide coverage for other campus advisors during travel or vacancies to ensure continuous prospect follow-up.

Requirements

  • University degree in administrative or engineering areas.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
  • At least 6 months of experience in Telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
  • Availability to travel (approximately 4 times per year).
  • Flexibility of schedule, including availability to work Saturdays.
  • Strong resilience, ability to work under pressure, and a results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working within the educational sector.
