About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide remote telephonic, video, and email support to patients across Spain to resolve service needs and manage medical gas therapy inquiries.
- Handle incoming calls by adjusting service levels and urgency based on patient criticality and specific contractual requirements.
- Assist patients with service requests, incident resolutions, and scheduling therapy reviews.
- Perform remote therapy reviews and manage the dispatch of messaging or supplies to patient residences.
- Follow established scripts and stay updated on new company processes and tools.
- Conduct patient and hospital surveys and manage data collection campaigns.
- Follow up on patient complaints to provide rapid and effective solutions.
- Support customer needs related to Air Liquide's mobile applications and web platforms.
Requirements
- Completed secondary education, vocational training (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio), or an equivalent Professional Certificate.
- Proficient computer literacy and user-level IT skills.
- Knowledge of SAP or other CRM systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
