Contable Senior

Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounting cycle, including daily entries, bank reconciliations, and annual closings.
• Ensure tax compliance by preparing and filing VAT, IRPF, and Corporate Tax, and maintaining official books.
• Provide strategic reporting and high-quality management information to support business decision-making.
• Maintain and optimize the Odoo ERP system, specifically regarding invoicing, vendors, and fixed assets.
• Oversee treasury, cash positions, and payment remittances to providers and collaborators.
• Coordinate payroll management with external agencies, including handling incidents and database maintenance.
• Assist in the preparation of annual accounts, including Balance Sheets and P&L statements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Degree in ADE, Economics, or a similar field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar accounting roles, preferably in professional services or digital agencies.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (essential) and experience with PowerQuery.
• Experience using Odoo ERP is highly desirable.
• Native Spanish speaker.
• English proficiency at a B2 level for international reporting.
