About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the logging, tracking, and progress of internal and external cases within defined SLAs and KPIs
- Investigate and resolve data enquiries, including Subject Access Requests and Notice of Corrections
- Track and respond to consumer rights-related requests within specific timeframes
- Create, maintain, and update appropriate internal documentation
- Provide timely and accurate communications regarding service operation issues to the business and colleagues
- Ensure all tickets are worked through to a satisfactory conclusion
Requirements
- Proven customer service and administrative skills
- Experience working in a KPI or SLA-driven environment
- Previous experience within the Regulated Services industry
- Strong understanding of GDPR requirements
- Proficiency with MS Windows operating systems and Office applications
- Excellent attention to detail and clear written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
