About the role

Responsibilities

  • Processing information requests in compliance with data protection laws
  • Supporting the Consumer Services team with email inquiries
  • Utilizing ticketing systems to contribute to the company mission
  • Participating in training to stay updated on bureaucratic processes and improve customer experience

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service and/or administration
  • Training in office communication or comparable knowledge is an advantage
  • Very good written and spoken German
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically
  • Knowledge of data protection regulations and commitment to compliance
  • Reliable, structured, and independent working style
  • Experience with SharePoint and Confluence is an advantage
