About the role
Responsibilities
- Direct contact with consumers to provide important information regarding their financial situation
- Processing information requests in compliance with data protection laws
- Supporting the Consumer Services team with email inquiries
- Utilizing ticketing systems to contribute to the company mission
- Participating in training to stay updated on bureaucratic processes and improve customer experience
Requirements
- Experience in customer service and/or administration
- Training in office communication or comparable knowledge is an advantage
- Very good written and spoken German
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically
- Knowledge of data protection regulations and commitment to compliance
- Reliable, structured, and independent working style
- Experience with SharePoint and Confluence is an advantage
