About the role
Responsibilities
- Answer calls, e-mails, and written communication from consumers regarding all Monster Energy product lines
- Create and maintain reports in the Consumer Relations database by inputting new consumer inquiries
- Process reports, analyze data, and identify and escalate trend data to appropriate business partners
- Initiate internal investigations with appropriate business partners
- Act as coordinator to gather additional information and work with other departments to complete record requirements
- Maintain relationships with internal departments to help identify and provide solutions
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in consumer relations, customer service, or call center
- Intermediate to advanced level of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
- Excellent data entry skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business, communications, or related areas
- Fluency in Spanish or French (read/write/speak)
