About the role

Responsibilities

  • Answer calls, e-mails, and written communication from consumers regarding all Monster Energy product lines
  • Create and maintain reports in the Consumer Relations database by inputting new consumer inquiries
  • Process reports, analyze data, and identify and escalate trend data to appropriate business partners
  • Initiate internal investigations with appropriate business partners
  • Act as coordinator to gather additional information and work with other departments to complete record requirements
  • Maintain relationships with internal departments to help identify and provide solutions

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in consumer relations, customer service, or call center
  • Intermediate to advanced level of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
  • Excellent data entry skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, communications, or related areas
  • Fluency in Spanish or French (read/write/speak)
