Consumer PC Supply Chain Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage supply chain processes including supply/demand matching, inventory management, and demand fulfillment for notebook, desktop, and monitor categories.
• Collaborate with major U.S. retail resellers to set goals and ensure adherence to Collaborative Planning Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) parameters.
• Act as the supply chain expert for specific retail account teams, partnering closely with Consumer Channel Marketing and Sales.
• Advocate for accounts in weekly meetings by providing feedback on business state and supply chain status to drive timely decision-making.
• Develop and implement supply chain programs and operational activities by partnering with internal and external resources.
• Manage quantitative and qualitative business models and analyses to support proactive supply chain operations and priority projects.

Requirements

• First level university degree.
• 3-5 years of experience in a supply chain function.
• Excellent understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (plan, source, make, deliver).
• Thorough knowledge of inventory modelling and analysis.
• Proficiency with Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Strong communication, influencing, and relationship management skills.
• Strong leadership skills, including team-building and conflict resolution.
