Consumer Loan Officer

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell a variety of financial products and services to meet member needs
• Conduct financial needs assessments to understand member goals and challenges
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and customize financial solutions
• Provide financial education and guidance to empower members to make informed decisions
• Foster strong relationships with new and existing members through personalized service
• Deliver exceptional member experiences by addressing challenges with a solution-focused approach

Requirements

• 1-2 years of sales or related experience in a customer-facing or performance-driven environment
• Proven ability to succeed in competitive, goal-driven, and high-performance settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on relationship management
• Ability to work on-site in Des Moines, Iowa
• Availability to support a rotating Saturday schedule (8:45am-12:15pm)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
