Consumer Investments Money Movement Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service and efficient operations support for consumer investments and money movement transactions via inbound and outbound calls.
• Process transactions according to established procedures and prescribed processes to support Merrill.
• Handle routine and standard operational functions including report generation, account opening, trade processing, and payment processing.
• Employ a high risk and fraud prevention mindset to ensure the security of client accounts and minimize loss to the company.
• Assist with managing phone calls, email boxes, and processing queues.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment.
• Experience handling money movement transactions.
• Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
