Consumer Insights Lead

Responsibilities

• Design and run quantitative studies including segmentation, conjoint, MaxDiff, and longitudinal trackers
• Collaborate with qualitative researchers to integrate findings into decision-ready narratives
• Partner with Data Science on user profile intelligence and decision heuristics
• Own Voice of Consumer programs, including sentiment tracking and structured feedback loops
• Translate funnel and survey data into hypotheses explaining behavioral signals
• Manage global research panels and survey vendors across US and APAC

Requirements

• 4–7 years of consumer insights, market research, or quantitative UX research experience
• Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative or behavioral discipline (Statistics, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, HCI, or related)
• Proficiency in statistical analysis using R, Python, or SPSS
• Experience with survey platforms like Qualtrics, Typeform, or SurveyMonkey
• Demonstrated ability in mixed-methods integration and data visualization (Tableau, Looker)
• Experience managing external research vendors and global panels

Preferred Qualifications

• Cross-cultural research experience, specifically with APAC markets (Japan, Korea, SEA)
• Experience working with consumer tech, mobile, content, or commerce products
• Proven track record of research influencing product or marketing decisions
