Consumer Insights Body Care Intern

Responsibilities

• Participate in internal meetings to gather needs, identify key challenges, and synthesize research requests
• Support the set-up of projects including internal and external tests
• Ensure operational execution through sample preparation, shipment, and consumer recruitment
• Plan, organize, and monitor fieldwork activities
• Collect data and perform quality control
• Analyze data and contribute to the development of study reports
• Support the sharing of results and provide actionable recommendations to internal teams

Requirements

• Master’s degree student in Consumer Research, Marketing Research, or a related field
• Strong analytical, statistical, and modeling skills (descriptive, parametric, non-parametric, multifactorial, and regression modeling)
• Detail-oriented, pragmatic, and well-organized
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of or experience in the fragrance, cosmetics, or sensory research industry
• Familiarity with online research tools and/or programming skills
• Curious mindset with a strong analytical approach
