Consumer Experience Leader

Responsibilities

• Cultivate an environment of genuine consumer connection by delivering exceptional, personalized, and efficient retail experiences.
• Support Store Leadership in executing consumer experience initiatives, visual merchandising, and brand standards.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to support associate engagement and growth.
• Assist with training, coaching, and providing feedback to associates to support their professional development.
• Execute store controls, operating standards, and policies to ensure profitability and a safe work environment.
• Monitor performance metrics and communicate operational data, such as product trends and local competition, to leadership.
• Support revenue-building strategies, community engagement events, and local brand awareness initiatives.
• Assist in recruiting and identifying potential talent for various store positions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven sales and customer service skills.
• Experience with merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight (30-40 lbs).

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail environment.
• College degree.
• Experience in staffing, coaching, and employee development.
