About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, efficient, and personalized consumer experiences on the retail floor
- Support store leadership with consumer experience initiatives, visual merchandising, and visual standards
- Foster a positive team environment and support associate engagement
- Assist with training, coaching, and feedback to support team development
- Help execute store controls, operating standards, and safety practices
- Monitor sales performance and support revenue-building strategies
- Assist with community engagement, events, and local brand awareness efforts
- Support recruiting and identify potential talent for store roles
Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED required
- 1 year of retail supervisory experience preferred
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Experience with merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention
- Knowledge of staffing, coaching, counseling, training, and development
- Strong organization, prioritization, and communication skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- College degree
- Experience supporting retail events or external partnerships
- Strong collaboration and team leadership skills
