About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, efficient, and personalized consumer experiences on the retail floor
  • Support store leadership with consumer experience initiatives, visual merchandising, and visual standards
  • Foster a positive team environment and support associate engagement
  • Assist with training, coaching, and feedback to support team development
  • Help execute store controls, operating standards, and safety practices
  • Monitor sales performance and support revenue-building strategies
  • Assist with community engagement, events, and local brand awareness efforts
  • Support recruiting and identify potential talent for store roles

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED required
  • 1 year of retail supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong sales and customer service skills
  • Experience with merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention
  • Knowledge of staffing, coaching, counseling, training, and development
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • College degree
  • Experience supporting retail events or external partnerships
  • Strong collaboration and team leadership skills
