About the role

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate an environment of genuine consumer connection by delivering exceptional, engaging, and personalized retail experiences.
  • Support Store Leadership in executing consumer experience initiatives, visual merchandising, and brand standards.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to support associate engagement and growth.
  • Assist with training, coaching, and providing feedback to associates to support their professional development.
  • Execute store controls, operating standards, and policies to ensure profitability and a safe work environment.
  • Monitor performance metrics and communicate operational data, including product trends and local competition, to leadership.
  • Support revenue-building strategies and assist with community engagement events and external partnerships.
  • Help identify and recruit potential talent for various store positions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
  • 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail environment preferred.
  • Proven skills in sales, customer service, merchandising, and inventory control.
  • Experience with staffing, coaching, training, and development.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight (30-40 lbs).
