Consumer Experience Leader

Responsibilities

• Cultivate an environment of genuine consumer connection by delivering exceptional, personalized, and efficient retail experiences.
• Support Store Leadership in executing visual merchandising standards and brand storytelling initiatives.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to drive associate engagement and growth.
• Assist with training, coaching, and providing feedback to associates to support their professional development.
• Execute store controls, operating standards, and policies to ensure profitability and a safe work environment.
• Monitor performance metrics and communicate operational data, such as product trends and local competition, to leadership.
• Support revenue-building strategies, community engagement events, and local brand awareness efforts.
• Assist in recruiting and identifying potential talent for various store positions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Proven skills in sales, customer service, merchandising, and inventory control.
• Experience with staffing, coaching, counseling, and training team members.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight (30-40 lbs).
