Consumer Experience Intern

Responsibilities

• Provide daily monitoring and follow-up for digital initiatives
• Create performance reports using key KPIs for digital projects
• Support digital projects including 3rd Party Ecommerce, Paid Ads, and Social Media
• Assist with administrative tasks within the consumer experience area

Requirements

• Active student in Marketing, Communication, Industrial Engineering, Business, Administration, or a related field
• Projected graduation date of late 2026 or later
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Strong analytical skills, good communication, and a proactive attitude
• Availability to work 30 hours per week (preferably in the morning)
• Ability to commit to the role without planning an exchange program within the next year

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP or Power BI
• Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager
