Consumer Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze consumer and business data from CRM, e-commerce, retail, and product sources to drive customer strategy and operational plans
• Collaborate with Data Scientists on predictive analysis projects, including clustering, segmentation, and machine learning applications
• Coordinate with the Power BI team to maintain and optimize consumer reporting dashboards and tools
• Ensure data quality and reliability across all consumer datasets
• Design scalable consumer analysis frameworks and reusable templates to enable faster, consistent decision-making
• Build strong relationships with Product, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to meet evolving data needs
• Promote a data-driven culture by sharing best practices and improving data literacy across the organization
• Identify opportunities to enrich consumer understanding through new data sources and innovative analytical techniques

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis with a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
• Proficiency in programming languages
• Experience with data visualization tools, preferably Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English communication skills (written and oral)
• Degree in Data, Marketing, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SQL
• Experience working within a cloud data environment
• Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a collaborative team spirit
