About the role
Responsibilities
- Render credit decisions on complex issues referred by Analysts or initiated by dealers within established authority levels.
- Monitor dealer portfolio performance and regional purchase policy to identify trends and opportunity areas.
- Conduct deal reviews and call quality monitoring for Credit Analysts to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and performance feedback to Credit Analysts at various levels.
- Oversee workflow, including staffing levels, queue progress, and call statistics to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Manage performance reviews and lead training programs for both new hires and existing staff.
- Coordinate with the Field Sales team to maintain positive dealer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of credit lending experience.
- At least 3 years of secured credit buying experience, preferably in automotive finance.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a work leader or supervisory role, including training and assigning work.
- Extensive knowledge of credit analysis and the automotive dealer business.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Irving, TX.
