Consumer Care Representative

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull, organize, and merge reports using Microsoft Excel and manage complex data entry projects.
• Maintain consistency in data tracking and identify/resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor and analyze data trends to provide insights to internal stakeholders.
• Identify and suggest improvements to enhance support processes and reporting workflows.
• Provide secondary support through inbound and outbound calls, email, and chat to assist consumers and doctors.
• Capture and respond to consumer inquiries regarding products and services.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data merging, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas).
• High attention to detail and strong accuracy in pulling, reconciling, and entering data.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs including Outlook and Word.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Professional communication skills for consumer interaction.
• Ability to work onsite in Raleigh, NC.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of customer service or operations experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Experience in call centers or telesales.
