About the role
Responsibilities
- Accurately pull, organize, and merge reports using Microsoft Excel and manage complex data entry projects.
- Maintain consistency in data tracking and identify/resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor and analyze data trends to provide insights to internal stakeholders.
- Identify and suggest improvements to enhance support processes and reporting workflows.
- Provide secondary support through inbound and outbound calls, email, and chat to assist consumers and doctors.
- Capture and respond to consumer inquiries regarding products and services.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data merging, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas).
- High attention to detail and strong accuracy in pulling, reconciling, and entering data.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs including Outlook and Word.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Professional communication skills for consumer interaction.
- Ability to work onsite in Raleigh, NC.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of customer service or operations experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Experience in call centers or telesales.
