Consumer Care Representative

Responsibilities

• Support, document, track, and resolve complaints and inquiries from consumers, patients, and doctors
• Represent the company as a primary contact for consumer concerns and brand advocacy
• Exercise exceptional judgment and empowered decision-making to resolve complex issues
• Troubleshoot end-to-end problems by collaborating with internal and external contacts
• Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance the experience for dentists and business partners
• Consistently meet or exceed established quality and productivity metrics

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a call center environment
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and high data entry efficiency
• Clear, concise, and professional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in an onsite office setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related professional experience
• Fluency in French or Spanish
