Consumer Broadband Funding Partnerships

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term strategy for Amazon Leo's participation in consumer broadband funding programs
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue consumer broadband funding opportunities to build a prioritized pipeline
• Own the end-to-end application and RFP response process, from eligibility analysis to award negotiation
• Build and maintain relationships with public and private sector stakeholders to position Amazon Leo as a trusted partner
• Negotiate complex grant agreements and contract terms, balancing compliance, deployment, and financial trade-offs
• Develop detailed business cases including deployment forecasts, financial projections, and capital requirements
• Work cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Operations, Public Policy, and Engineering teams
• Track developments in the broadband funding landscape to adjust pursuit strategies

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements
• 5+ years of experience in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting
• 5+ years of experience pursuing or managing broadband funding grant programs
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
• Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences
• Experience leading complex, multi-year, cross-functional initiatives
• U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or lawful admission as a refugee/asylee is required due to export control laws

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, or engineering
• PMP certificate
• Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
• Experience interpreting data to make business recommendations across leadership teams
