About the role
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers throughout the product development cycle to debug and resolve issues in application or FPGA labs
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including Marketing, Design, Software, and Field Applications to deliver complete system solutions
- Translate customer needs into technical solutions for hearable devices such as TWS earbuds and headsets
- Support verification and validation efforts for both pre-silicon (FPGA) and post-silicon testing
- Develop evaluation kits, system designs, and customer-facing collateral such as application notes and demos
- Create compelling technical demonstrations for customer visits and industry tradeshows
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Embedded Firmware/Software Engineering, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of signal processing, FFTs, and audio algorithms
- Proficiency in programming languages including C, C#, and Python
- Experience with testing and debugging using tools such as oscilloscopes and waveform generators
- Ability to travel up to 10% globally for customer engagements and events
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ARM, DSP, FPGA, Bluetooth, or Arduino platforms
- Knowledge of hardware protocols such as I2C, SPI, TDM, PDM, or I2S
- Familiarity with mixed-signal audio architectures and performance metrics like SNR and THD
- Exposure to machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Caffe, or PyTorch
- Experience with PCB development flows including schematic design and layout
