Responsibilities

• Lead interpretation and synthesis of market, consumer, competitive, and performance data
• Lead opportunity sizing and market attractiveness assessments for Egypt, KSA, UAE, and other priority markets
• Conduct deep-dive analysis of pharmaceutical and FMCG datasets to identify growth spaces and unmet needs
• Integrate multiple data sources including IQVIA, FMCG datasets, and retailer data
• Build and maintain a cross-market opportunity map showing relative value, risk, and scale potential
• Lead post-launch performance analysis using sales trends and consumption patterns
• Own the insight agenda and define key insight questions for innovation and portfolio decisions
• Recommend, design, or coordinate consumer/HCP research

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• 3+ years of experience in insights, analytics, marketing science, or business intelligence
• Strong background in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, OTC, or FMCG sectors
• Strong command of IQVIA, FMCG datasets, or retailer data
• High proficiency in Excel, Power BI, dashboards, and data modeling
• Experience conducting or managing consumer/HCP research
• Knowledge of analytics tools, SQL basics, or BI systems
