Responsibilities

• Identify improvement needs through client assessment
• Create and implement action plans
• Conduct Sifarma training for colleagues and clients

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Community Pharmacy
• Knowledge of Sifarma systems
• Understanding of community pharmacy processes, customer service, stock management, invoicing, and ordering
• Experience with system parameterization
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Strong client and results orientation
• Availability to travel
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
