Consultor Senior en Gestión de Proyectos de Cambio

Responsibilities

• Develop change management diagnostics to assess organizational readiness.
• Propose and execute comprehensive change management strategies.
• Develop and implement work plans for each specific axis of change.
• Monitor work plans and propose mitigation actions for risks and deviations.
• Implement and track progress and adoption indicators.
• Act as a key reference for participation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in change management or organizational development within multinational environments.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci, Lean Change Management, or Gartner.
• Ability to articulate and mobilize teams across multiple organizational levels.
• Methodological autonomy and the ability to work in dynamic, high-demand contexts.
• Strategic vision, critical analysis skills, and a strong orientation toward action.
• Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading transformation projects with significant cultural implications.
