About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop change management diagnostics to assess organizational readiness.
- Propose and execute comprehensive change management strategies.
- Develop and implement work plans for each specific axis of change.
- Monitor work plans and propose mitigation actions for risks and deviations.
- Implement and track progress and adoption indicators.
- Act as a key reference for participation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in change management or organizational development within multinational environments.
- Knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci, Lean Change Management, or Gartner.
- Ability to articulate and mobilize teams across multiple organizational levels.
- Methodological autonomy and the ability to work in dynamic, high-demand contexts.
- Strategic vision, critical analysis skills, and a strong orientation toward action.
- Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading transformation projects with significant cultural implications.
