Responsibilities

• Review vehicle ownership documents for total loss claims to determine payment eligibility or rejection
• Consult central and support systems to validate vehicle status
• Validate corresponding indemnification, capture, and submit total loss reports for payment authorization
• Validate physical and digital files to ensure tax compliance for subsequent departmental processes
• Identify and activate documentation deviations with corresponding areas for resolution

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (completed with certificate)
• Strong information analysis skills
• Knowledge of statistics
• Experience with internal administrative systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the insurance sector (specifically auto insurance)
• Experience in claims or loss management
