About the role
Responsibilities
- Elaborate, implement, and monitor HACCP (APPCC) manuals
- Provide hygiene and sanitary training to work teams
- Offer technical advisory services to HORECA and food sector clients
- Conduct hygiene-sanitary audits and inspections of establishments
- Coordinate with the laboratory team and participate in sample collection
Requirements
- Degree in Food Science and Technology, Biology, Veterinary, or Pharmacy
- Knowledge of HACCP system implementation and management
- Experience in hygiene-sanitary audits and worker training
- Knowledge of current sanitary legislation and food regulations
- Residency in southern Tenerife
- Valid Driver's license (Category B) and availability for travel
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer orientation skills
