About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality psychological care and evidence-based interventions to clients in Mexico and Central America.
- Utilize Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT) or systemic approaches to help clients manage emotional well-being.
- Perform crisis intervention to ensure client safety and stability.
- Complete administrative tasks, including the accurate recording of clinical sessions in the institutional digital platform.
- Ensure a seamless and professional therapeutic experience for all clients.
Requirements
- Degree in Psychology with a valid professional license (título y cédula profesional).
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience providing CBT or systemic therapy (excluding internships or social service).
- Expertise in crisis intervention.
- Availability to attend a paid training period (approximately one month) with specific daytime hours.
- High sense of punctuality, formality, and professional ethics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Experience providing therapy via telephone.
- Proficiency in managing digital clinical records.
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and excellent written Spanish.
