Consultor Demanda & Soluções II - ATTR

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) through both in-person and virtual engagements.
• Deliver science-based promotional brand messages to help HCPs meet patient needs.
• Organize and execute promotional events in alignment with product strategy and local medical community interests.
• Manage targeted HCP lists and profiles to ensure a high-value customer experience.
• Implement business plans to achieve territory goals, generate demand, and provide regular reporting to management.
• Utilize digital tools and platforms, such as digital engagement portals, to orchestrate omnichannel customer experiences.
• Ensure all activities comply with Pfizer's values, internal policies, and local codes of conduct.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Fluency in Portuguese.
• 4-5 years of experience as a healthcare representative with external customer engagement.
• Proven experience in virtual or digital engagement using tools like Veeva, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams.
• Valid driver's license (CNH).
• Willingness to travel regularly, including regional air travel, to meet territory demands.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Cardiology or Neurology.
• Experience working with rare diseases (ATTR).
• Strong ability to analyze data and interpret digital insights to determine next best actions.
